Zilliqa Virtual Currency is developed by team, experienced professionals in the world. The founding members of Zilliqa are:
Xinshu Dong, CEO of Zilliqa. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore. He is also a network security expert, responsible for some national security projects in Singapore. His research has also appeared at prestigious conferences and in magazines. In addition to previous experience in the research and development of blockchain with Anquan, a blockchain is scalable and safe exclusively. Anquan is primarily deployed for financial and e-commerce applications and in many ways is the forerunner of the Zilliqa project. As Chief Engineer of Anquan, he brought both his knowledge of blockchain and his leadership experience to Zilliqa.
Christel Quek is a member of the Zilliqa team. BOLT's co-founder, Live Broadcasting and Gaming, has more than 3 million users in Kenya, Southeast Asia and Latin America, who served as Head of Content at Twitter for the International Market.
Prateek Saxena holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He is currently a professor of computer science at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Pros
  • It has a strong community: The platform has a lot of fans. The Zilliqa ICO only happened because there was so much demand for it. The Zilliqa ICO also shows that the crypto community is ready to see blockchain technology move to the next phase of its development.
Cons
  • The downside of Zilliqa is a large mining project for diggers. The diggers can count on the stability and low tolerance of the Zilliqa protocol, which in theory provides a competitive advantage for the exploitation of ZIL on tokens. To give an example - as the number of transactions exceeds 200x / sec or more than one second, the competition for real transaction fees becomes stronger. At the same time, the cost of processing for the diggers themselves is reduced. Less competition, more stability and reduced operating costs are all significant advantages of ZIL exploitation and will only serve to enhance the scalability of the protocol.
