My thoughts about Top Mobility Scooters

Hello there. My review for today will be on Top Mobility Scooters. Top Mobility Scooters is a long-standing US-based store. This store, which has become a professional in electric scooter sales, is not very famous. Dozens of stores operate in the same sector in the US and I think this store is slightly behind other stores in terms of the number of customers. I think the main reason for this is the poor advertising of the store and fewer events. In my opinion, events are the best way to grow the customer community.
While writing a review about the store, of course, I wanted to log into the official site first, because I think the most accurate and sufficient information about the stores is available on official sites. Unfortunately, my entry to the site has been blocked. I think the reason for this is that the store is not global. Because this store, which operates only in the USA, does not need customers from other countries yet.
But I think this is a very wrong step. Because I think the store will one day try to influence people from other countries to become global, but I believe that will fail. I think the store should eliminate this situation as soon as possible. Judging by customer feedback, the store is liked by customers, but some customers complain that the prices are high. I think store officials should pay more attention to the opinions of the customers. This is my review for now, but if there are any developments about this store, I will let you know.

Pros
  • customers are satisfied with the quality of the products sold
Cons
  • More attention should be paid to customers' feedback
  • The store should change its strategy about the official website because I think if it wants to grow globally, it will be very difficult
  • Events should be organized to grow the customer community, because the number of customers is small
