Very friendly and helpful when you call in, but you have to call in quite a bit even to do routine things like issuing a debit card or enabling bill pay. Worse you then have to wet sign a paper form to make those things happens. I thought Silicon Valley Bank would be a little more tech forward since so many startups use them, turns out that is not the case!Hahahahaa. . . and so one! I opened a business bank account 5 years ago and we used to pay ~$15 per month. But, since January, following the new Schedule of Fees, they are charging us $200-250!Furthermore, I contacted them 6 times by email to get the exact details of the bank fees they are charging us and I also asked for a meeting at the branch. To be short, the only answers I had were \"Apologies for the delay on this request, we will get back to you on this as soon as possible. \". So, I am closing all our accounts at SVB, I will not recommend SVB to all my other friends (mainly startup entrepreneurs) and we will be in touch with them trough our lawyers.
