Very well packaged. The color match was correct. Easy exchange. I really needed longer screws as mentioned in other reviews as this product is thicker where the screws go. That is a good thing! Attention, the screws I took were M6 x 1.0 x 35. Also, a 1/4" washer was used with the screws. I liked this product after installing it!

My truck is a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 that I have owned since it was new. First, the color is very close. Given the 14-year fading of the original, I can't complain. After reading the reviews I was set on a 50/50 chance of getting a model with designer "holes" in the grip.
