A great way to save on shipping

Ideal for transporting fragile items. mail program. This is especially useful for items that weigh over a pound and are small enough to fit in a soft USPS flat-rate envelope. Or for items that weigh less than a pound when packed without a standard box. It can then be mailed in a regular padded envelope at premium rates. For day trips I use it the other way to reduce flex.

Quality is not always the same

I use this product to package my pottery for shipping. I used to be happier with this product. The last two rolls I ordered are definitely worse than before. I had my doubts about the penultimate one, but the last one almost falls apart when you tear the pieces off. The two layers appear to be poorly bonded, causing the wavy layer to separate from the smooth. I think it still works just fine, but I'm hoping this is a temporary issue. This time I am ordering another brand that is more expensive…

Major role. Good quantity for packaging and other projects.

Pretty good. Some flaws but will work. Flutes are quite soft and break easily. There were a few holes in a couple of spots that I need to work on. Overall it will work great for many uses. It was packaged in a 28" x 28" x 18" box. Since I don't have much space, I rolled it into two smaller rolls. To give you an idea of the offset, I've included a photo of a roll split in two that currently serves as a makeshift project table. with a chalkboard on top, lol. I won't need it for a long time, but…

Pros
  • To protect metal and glass parts.
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared.
