Ouch! The ends don't match well!

I wanted to love this pull rod but unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations. It arrived scratched which I may not have noticed as it was (only) meant for extra hangers in my laundry room. A few minutes after installing and leaving, it fell down along with the hangers attached to it. I adjusted and tried again, and to my dismay it fell again. No matter how hard I push it, it always falls. The tension is tight but the ends are too slippery to hold. I can literally watch it slide across…

Perfect for my purpose

This rod is exactly what I need. The color matches the antique bronze grommets on my curtain perfectly. Some reviewers have complained that this rod is flimsy and flimsy. I agree, skinny but not skinny. I use it to span a 32 inch door and my curtain weighs just over a pound. The rod is strong enough for this application. My curtain hangs in the open doorway between my kitchen and dining room and I walk past. pull the curtain through at least 20 times a day, move the curtain back and forth, if…

So far so good for the double bars

I covered my in-wall shelves to prevent dust on the contents and after reading other reviews that it didn't hold up so well, tried me not to pull too much when he moves his light curtain. I've been looking for these cheap Skinny Whites for a long time but this was the cheapest I could find and since the pole is wider all the way around I had to put it in the wider curtain pocket. It wasn't very easy and you have to screw it into place at a slight angle and then slide it into place and it took a

Not easy to expand home decor products

Made of very poor materials. It required the use of a vise clamp attached to one end to get the proper leverage to expand this drawbar. When I tried it by hand it didn't spin properly, from the spring inside because the metal is so brittle. You can't grab one end well without holding the other side of the other bar. Fortunately, with the right tool at home I was able to unbolt it and then adjust it, although some of the bronze was removed. It sags under the weight of a simple thick curtain. I…

Good for the price, buy with the right expectations!

I would like to start my review by stating that my rating is based on my expectations of the product at the price offered and its description/presentation. However: The product looks exactly like the photo and the description. It is made of extremely light metal (the magnet sticks to it). The lead is about the size of a Sharpie marker. Stays in place when used correctly. (The tension rod needs to be 'unscrewed' a little further than where it is to be placed and then inserted appropriately to…
