I bought a tripod mount without checking the male thread size. This product screwed right onto the mounting plate and right into my camera in seconds and worked flawlessly!

I needed this to connect the Koolehaoda 360° Tripod Head to my old tripod and it worked without any fuss! The light gold color is distracting and I would have preferred steel or black, but that's beside the point.

Work with it. my ten year old but very durable camera tripod. It is used to record piano for Zoom presentations as nobody will be attending concerts and Zoom cannot handle live piano sound. I've since discovered that Revain even has metal i- or smartphone holders that fit both sizes, but I'm still eyeing this adapter.
