My Gillette 5 blade razor did not fit the holes. Had to bend the brush holder to fit my brush too short. The shell is good, I like the design, just too small.

The quality is good. But the bowl is too small. Shaving soap didn't work for me. I had to break it into pieces. I'm not sure if you can get shaving soap small enough to fit in. I decided to keep it anyway. I shouldn't have done this because I was looking for something with a larger bowl at the department store today.

Husband loves it. It was so hard to find just a stand and bowl that didn't include all the extras as my husband has a favorite brush, razor etc. It was great value for money.

from other reviews I decided not to buy a brush with it. The traditional washing machine fits well in the tray, on the back there is a place for a shaver and a brush hanger. I will say that the brush should be quite small in order for the hook to be used.

So I have a very small sink and it's full of stuff. This is a space saver. I bought some shaving cream from Taylor of Bond Street (TOBS) and put it on top of the shaving cream container. So basically, instead of using a tube of shaving cream, I can use shaving cream, a razor, a brush and a bowl. Creates a really nice clean makeup area that isn't as cluttered as it would be if it were separate. Have a nice day!
