I ordered this dollhouse for my granddaughter's 4th birthday. She loves it and it could have been a great product but the packaging is missing a piece of base and garland and the swing is broken. I also don't know how to contact the seller for missing or broken items. If anyone could point me in the right direction to deal with this I would really appreciate it. What we liked was the number of toys to play with. My husband and daughter love building things together and getting creative and they definitely did. What could be improved is the strength of the floors and walls. They're thin cardboard and good for spots, but fly off track with extended play.
