My 6-year-old son was thrilled. I liked that it has a numeral bezel to make it easier for him to read the minutes (most don't). He seemed to be in good rhythm - not fast and not slow. The only problem is that the lid is glass, not plastic, and the active boy was quick to crack his wrist. When it broke a second time, it became too dangerous to carry.

I ordered this watch for my 5 year old twins for Christmas. It's well made and it's really cute. They love it as their first watch that can help them tell the time while being cheap. You may need to add more holes like I did if your wrist is small. My boys are actually tall for their age but the watch needed another hole to fit snugly around the wrist.

Perfect for my 4 year old. Got it for my birthday and he was excited to tell everyone the time. Pros: The dial is clean (not busy), easy to read, and focuses on the time. The fingers help. Cons: The minute display rotates. So you have to keep adjusting it to make sure 00, 15, 30 is in the correct position before you start reading the time.
