Defective igniter for 2 burners!

Packaging needs improvement. Styrofoam everywhere. The burners were in the box and I was lucky they didn't break anything else. It comes with 1/2 adaptors, an LPG regulator and I think everything you need to hook it up except a gas hose. The main gas inlet adapter is metric I think, but you can use adapters. Steel is easily scratched by simply moving the posts. The ceramic spark goes through the bottom of the BURNER and I think the ceramic can easily break when the burners are removed for…

It works fine and beautiful, but for work it was necessary to buy an adapter.

I ordered this to replace our previous tempered glass hob which exploded spontaneously. I loved the look of it when I saw it on Revain. I was also paid to install an installer through Revain. Our previous cooktop had a 3/8" gas connection but this one has a 1/2" (from the 5/8" gas line). Our old cooktop had a gas regulator and the installers didn't know if we were keeping it had to.home depot to get it for $60.I said I can do it myself.Then I emailed Empava and got a response within a few…

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY THIS!

I thought it was a great price for this hob and it looked upmarket for a great price but when it was installed I first discovered that there was a crack in one of the grilles, a small one but still, it's brand new and shouldn't be like that. The BIG problem is that the center burner won't ignite after you release the button. I contacted Revain support and they were very helpful but said I needed to speak to the manufacturer directly. . I requested a phone call rather than an email so any issues
