Installation is very simple. Shifting is now much better than with the stock mount. The only criticism are the holes. You need to make sure you line them up correctly, just like you did with your old mount. It would be easier if the energy suspension simply marked which way the car was going forward and which way the rear of the car was going. This is a minor issue though and if you have any mechanical knowledge you should be able to mark your old bracket before removing it. Take it out and…

I'm sure it's a great product but it didn't work the way I wanted it to for my application. I replaced the original transmission mount on my 2006 Sierra 1500 2WD 4.8L and once installed I felt more vibration than my old mount. I feel the strongest vibrations when I start accelerating and they go away at a constant speed. This is likely to be more useful for those using a 5.3 liter or larger engine.
