My picky dog โ€‹โ€‹ate it

I can't tell you the taste because I don't eat dog food! But I can say Spike loves it. I have to mix it dry and wet on the vet's recommendation and find it to be a good brand. The bites were the right size for a small-bodied CHI/Maltese blend. My big dog might have eaten it too, but I swear she just swallowed it whole! She eats a different brand.

Good but not my dog's favorite

My dog is small, 3lbs so I thought he would love these little pieces. Yes, but he doesn't like the taste. I always mix new food with old food when switching to a different dog food. This time I noticed that he chooses the larger previous variety and leaves that one. Well, maybe this is a really good dog food, but I won't buy it again just because my dog didn't like it.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Only available in black

Only One Protein - Made in the USA

We usually feed them raw or freeze dried raw, but I like to have a few bites as a reward or just for a change. I know I don't like to eat the same thing every day and I think she appreciates variety and good things. I love that there is only one animal protein in this meal. Just a turkey. We do that with all their feedings. To me it just makes sense. I'm usually not a fan of all legumes, here they have sweet potatoes as their first carb, which I like because they're high in fiber. The other two

Good vitamins - no complaints from puppy

We have tried both the whole grain and grain free versions of this food for my puppy. Based on so many different opinions from vets and various articles, I wanted to know what kind of food my dog prefers. For all dog food (including this one). We have to put the topper on top of the pellets as my pup is picky. Check. I'm trying to find out if he likes a bite as a treat. If so I give it a handful and like new. he will let you know if he likes it or not. Once approved, I can put a topper on topโ€ฆ
