I used it as soon as I got it. I have Atwood Jack engines in my 2004 Lance 881 camper. That works great. My old controller had sticky control buttons after 14 years and was very awkward to use. I am very happy with this controller.

Excellent replacement for a defective Atwood OEM remote. Even included 9v battery! It seems to have a much stronger signal than the old device. The device transmits easily from any installation angle without start/stop, which usually occurs with a weak signal.

Unfortunately this was not compatible with my Atwood controller board. However, the tech support was very helpful and told me which company to contact to get my jacks working again and quickly refunded my money after this controller was returned.

The perfect remote replacement for our 2005 Lance. The original remote was definitely worn out, but when it stopped working we had to leave the camper in the truck for a couple of weeks. When this remote arrived it worked in seconds. I can recommend it, even if the original remote still works.

I bought a used Lance camper with Atwood electrical sockets. The seller told me it was weird, but the transmitter only worked if you held it close to your chin. He was right, but laying hands on him also worked. The jacks also worked slowly, especially when all four jacks were being raised or lowered at the same time.
