I prefer oil based ink

Used this ink to print wood carvings and everything worked fine. Some water-based ink doesn't make prints as dark as they could be. Cleaning is a breeze, but print quality will be compromised. As the name suggests, I'd rather use an oil based ink next time!

Pros
  • Non toxic Made in the USA
Cons
  • I will add later

I am not satisfied with this product

Received this product in the mail on Thursday and printed it out on Saturday. In fact, I am not satisfied with this product. It's too thin alone. I was never able to get the nice sticky consistency that block inks get, so my prints were sloppy, fuzzy, or crisp. I leave this product behind.

Pros
  • Long lasting tack, high pigmentation, bright opaque colors
Cons
  • Some minor issues

It works (not bad), but there's definitely better value out there.

I used this ink with styrofoam sheets in my elementary school classes. I ordered this one to save a few bucks on Speedball or Sax True Flow (the ink I've used in the past). In comparison, these inks are much oilier and much more difficult to get a smooth and even finish with them. I mean, in a pinch it fits - it carries over, at least - but the other two brands mentioned proved to be much better, much cleaner lines and better coverage. For my money I would prefer a *much* better product, even…
