The money is simply thrown away!

If I could give this a 0, I would! Very disappointed! This product got great reviews so we bought it and only had issues with it, received it well. Well assembled, only the 4x4 range can be heard in a closed garage. Then the on/off switch wouldn't turn off because the rubber cover stuck to the off switch and turned on again. Then the lid fell off and it still came on when you turned it off and now it just doesn't work. I have been agonizing over this purchase because of the price and am so…

Just Doesn't Work in Heating, Cooling & Air Quality

Sorry for the bad review but I had to return 2 units as they just didn't work. The first one worked maybe 5 minutes before it stopped. Unplugging it, I noticed that the glass covering the heating element appeared to have melted in one spot - it looked like it had bubbled and dripped, if you can imagine what that might be like. Of course, as always, Revain's return process was easy, quick and efficient, so I simply returned the first one and requested a replacement. The second block came…

Ideal for heating small to medium-sized rooms!

Bought for house pests (bed bugs) and everything else. We needed to heat rooms to over 130°F for hours and didn't want to worry about harmful gases like we have with propane heaters. These work perfectly. One alone will heat a 15 x 15 foot room to around 150F for an hour or two, maybe longer. My thermostat is broken here. Their only downside was the understandable power consumption. Two units working on the same circuit breaker line didn't last long. But my house is dated and they are pretty…

Two made it in my 2 car garage. Not HOT, but warmer.

They work well in my garage here at Co. Kal. But I have two and they are 7ft tall mounted on adjustable/posable arms that allow me to move them like these do offered for $90. But mine can easily be moved to another location in the work area on one of the extra mounts I made. Infrared heaters don't heat the air, but they do heat objects in front of them that can warm the air a little. And they are focused/spotty instead of having a wide heating area. This is true of every infrared heater I've…

The perfect patio heater for transitional weather

Bought to extend the time we spend on our screened in porch now that mornings and evenings are getting chilly. After watching the video I figured I could assemble it myself but the instructions were cryptic and there were a lot of different length screws in the kit so I was confused. (Were they all used? Where?) It ended up having to hire a handyman who assembled it in about 10 minutes (but he had a few screws left that he didn't use). In any case, the tripod heater is very durable and we love…
