Great product - Needs better customer service

The ability to access historical pricing/pricing trends is very useful when analyzing our budgeting process as well as forecasting future sales. It's not intuitive or user friendly enough when it comes time to enter new products that we're considering adding but can be easily remedied with some training! We are utilizing this tool primarily for inventory management purposes so any issues there aren't too significant however I do think they could make certain features more accessible without…

  • Ability store multiple product lines.
  • Great support staff who helped me get set up quickly after installation was completed (not having experience using ERP software)
  • Quick turnaround times if questions arise while setting things all together
Cons
  • Difficulty navigating at first, especially compared other applications such SalesForce & Microsoft Dynamics

One of best online Contact Management Software today

The ability is easy access from anywhere without any installation required like other softwares such as Zoho CRM or Microsoft Outlook etc which need some sort configuration done before using it seriously. I can also add new contacts with ease now through my smartphone too! Nothing much here yet though but its still not complete feature wise compared to others so please use this software if you are looking out an alternative contact management tool that offers all these features along side…
