Relatively simple tool, integrates data easily and securely

You can see all of your customers in one place - not just those that have been contacted by sales but also prospects who are interested / looking for information about you product or service etc! It's very easy to use as well once set up correctly (if it isn't already). I think there is now more competition with other platforms out their so pricing could be better? But still good if this works best within your organisation/budget constraints. We were able to consolidate our contact activity…

Easy way to get started into Digital Marketing

The most important thing is that it's customer centric as we are solving our customers' problems by providing them with all of their digital marketing needs in one place - from creating content to managing campaigns through analytics reporting & insights generation for each channel used (email/social media). I have been able solve my own problem which was how do you manage social posts? We were doing this manually but didn't feel like there wasn&rsquo t enough control over what gets posted…

The platform is easy to use with intuitive UI that allows you to create your own triggers in seconds without any training required from support team or sales people. It also helps me monitor my campaign's performance using various metrics like engagement rate, open rates etc.Triggers are not customizable as I would want them to be (for example - sending email only if user visited page X).   • Integration capabilities across Salesforce & Marketo platforms makes it very useful at times when there can't some data available directly through SFDC CRM system eithr side integrations via API make sure no info gets lost!
  • Easy access control permissions so users cannot go around certain rules setup this feature works
