Received the wrong item twice. The order specified the correct product, but I keep receiving Keratin Thermique even after reporting the issue. Kerastase Nectar is a great product, it leaves skin soft but not greasy. But I have to look for another provider.

There's nothing wrong with that. I've been using this for several years. It doesn't take much and I apply more to the ends of my hair. If you apply it too close to the scalp, it can make your hair greasy. My stylist uses this product. It has a nice clean light scent. I highly recommend this product.
