Non-measuring wheel

Totally dissatisfied with this measuring wheel. I bought it in September. When I received the gauge wheel, it was DOA. Contacted Revain who immediately issued a replacement. After getting the new bike, I only used it a couple of times before putting it away for the off-season. I got it recently and I'm having trouble with it in my works, 7 times out of 10 the counter doesn't count after resetting. I'm not sure the wheel is even measuring accurately with these counter issues. The quality of this

Good Buy: Measuring and Marking Tools

This measuring wheel is a great purchase at an affordable price. I got a bit worried after reading other reviews complaining about the wheel stand and how it got in the way when measuring. What nobody tells you is that the stand is spring-loaded and folds easily when measuring. There is absolutely no measurement problem with the stand. If you need to stop, simply lower the stand with your foot or hand. It cannot be used when the stand is lowered. That's why it's spring-loaded to move up and…

Works Well - Gauges

This gauge wheel works better than others I've used with smaller wheels. It seems very accurate. And it's easy to roll on any terrain and not worry about the wheel getting stuck or not turning. What I can call cons is that the wheel moves so freely that if you lift it for some reason the wheel will keep spinning and hence the measurement. Seems silly, but it's like he needs a "brake". You can click on the counter with your foot to reset it, but it's easier to do it with your hand. However, if…

Exceeded my expectations

I've been eyeing some of the cheaper models and based on negative reviews decided to spend a little more and am very glad I did. well thought through. I have seen negative stand reviews for many of these measuring wheels and the stand is the same if not identical for all. The stand is simple, lightweight and designed to be used on a flat and level surface and works great when used correctly. I didn't know it was measured in inches, I was under the impression it was only in feet, of course I was

A bit weak on the gauge wheels

I am an OSP field service technician and use this wheel daily. I ride about 3000-6000 feet a day. I also used a 23-inch Rolatape MT 32-600 single track bike and still use it for long distances. But I find this Quezon a bit flimsy. When you turn you can see that the wheel is not quite tight on the axle. It wobbles a bit, the axle is to blame. Small and thin. It looks like the plastic can break easily, so you won't want to throw it in the bed of your truck. It's very easy. So if you don't want to

Best I have ever used

I have used 3 different types of wheels in my real estate career. The first was a small gauge that could be used for concrete but not rough surfaces. The second one I bought was a big wheel like this one and it worked for about 2 years but I had problems the whole time. The reset button on it never seemed to work properly until one day it broke and reset it completely. Finally I bought quality, and even at a decent price. The Keson measuring wheel appears to be of very good quality. #1 It has a
