Great tool and service that helps bridge knowledge gap

The fact it's very easy to use for employees who are not technical persons or those used only in non-technical areas of work (like me). It has helped us create an internal documentation portal which we have been using since our inception as well help improve how information flows internally between departments within my organization. I don't dislike anything about this product at all! We've found great success by integrating other products like Dropbox into their platform allowing users access

Pros
  • They have a very low learning curve and the platform is simple and easy to use for anyone
Cons
  • The only thing that I dislike about this product is that it's a bit difficult to get help/support during the creation of documents and the platform is not intuitive as far as learning about how to

Kipwise - So helpful with organization

I like how it pulls in information to be searchable by keywords or phrases as well its great at organizing notes into sections for easy reference later which also helps me keep track of my projects better! It's not perfect yet but they are making progress every day!! The best thing about this software though compared other similar products out there- price point & easeof use/accessibility across platforms (Slack). Having all our content stored online centralized makes things MUCH easier than…

Pros
  • I am able to organize my notes, files, links, etc into sections which is great for easy reference later
Cons

Slack brings together important business tools

I like how easy it makes keeping track of documents. It has all our files in one place which makes finding things much easier than trying to remember where each file is stored online or at home. Sometimes when we have multiple people working remotely it's hard to keep track of who did what because there isn't an official way to log work done for approval. Also sometimes having everything uploaded into slack doesn't make sense if someone wants something saved offline before sending over for…

Pros
  • This saves time by cutting down hours spent downloading attachments from emails onto word processor applications (while also saving paper)
Cons
  • Nothing here

Cloud Storage with FTP and Email integrated

I like how easy it makes keeping track of our files in one place, as well as being able to upload them directly into slack channels or other platforms. It's also very simple to set permissions for different people within the same file/folder. The only thing i dislike about this software is that sometimes when using multiple computers (or laptops) the file sync could be slow at times. Make sure to backup all important documents before trying out this program. We are solving issues related to…

Pros
  • It's also easy to use when it's in sync
Cons
  • It is sometimes slow to sync

Great solution with tons functionality

I like how easy it was to set-up; there were very few questions when setting it all up for our organization - especially since we had just finished building out an entire HR system! The support staff at Kipwise are great as well! Having all of our documentation in one document storage area makes sense now, but also allows us to access them quickly if needed. Sometimes, it's difficult to find something right away through search functions. It would be helpful to have some sort of tagging feature

Pros
  • Very intuitive once you've become familiarized enough that is doesn’t seem foreign anymore which has been nice because several people still haven't completely gotten over their "I don't think so" reaction upon first seeing what they thought wasn't possible :)
Cons
  • Minor Issues

The most seamless knowledge management process on Slack

Table format could improve a bit here. When there was an issue loading comments section on slides within documents (and also sometimes other sections as well), sometimes users couldn't add replies. This might look similar to how one would reply comment on Reddit because all responses pop-up at once after pressing enter button. So whenever somebody wants to make changes to slide text/table etc., he should not press Enter unless he first edits existing entry which comes out highlighted yellow…

Pros
  • Good UI design
  • Clean interface
Cons
  • Some minor bugs in the app itself.
  • Not much documentation available
