dirty but works

My mare has severe thrush on one hoof. It was a problem treating him. The product is dirty. It sticks to whatever it is clicked on. That's good because I want it to stay on her hoof and rut. A few days later I checked and the audio is still on. I have to dry my hands very hard to wash off the residue. I suggest using gloves or a metal butter knife.

Positive results are seen almost immediately on my horse's hooves

This was recommended by my farrier and I have been using it twice a week for about 6 weeks. I've already noticed improvements in navicular and heel bone condition, which my blacksmith noticed on a recent visit. Not much product is needed for each application, so this bath should last a long time. Another great feature for winter is that even in the very cold times we've had over the past few weeks it doesn't seem to freeze so I can keep it in my gear closet and I don't have to heat it up. so…

Good non-toxic packaging material, a little slippery.

Was looking for resin/alcohol free hoof filling. I have a mare with incredibly fragile hooves who stands in the mud 6-8 months of the year. It definitely sticks better to a clean and completely dry hoof. I stuff stuff between the hoof and the shoe or whatever cracks she has. While it doesn't seem to stay in place as long as tar packing materials, it's easier to handle, non-toxic, and she hasn't had thrush this year. I expect to get through this quicker than other brands because it wears out…
