Longzang bear cub for crafting

It is absolutely adorable. I've never used a form like this before. Some comments on how they had to cut the sides to get confirmation. I just pulled it out without much difficulty. I was afraid I would rip the silicone when I took it out, but it didn't break.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Some maintenance

Not very easy to remove from the form, though.

The bear wasn't very easily knocked out of shape, but it did come out, although one would think the effort and maneuvers required to pull it out would damage it. Not my favorite shape but it makes a good product.

Absolutely perfect

I followed the steps from the review here from a fellow baker who said cut in half then use a rubber band to hold. I made my white chocolate bears to put in the freezer. I'm not sure how fondant works with them, but I'm sure if you know how to use forms this will be a breeze for you. Just follow what the person said here! Thank you! @ appreciated agreements

Application

This shape is amazing. I love the details of my finished design. Just like any silicone mold or rubber cylinder mold you would use to make pillar candles. You'll have to cut it in half in half to remove the figure without damaging it. And you need to secure it with rubber bands before pouring into the mold to avoid leaking. * Make sure you line up both sides of the form correctly before wrapping the elastic around it.

Pros
  • Soap Making
Cons
  • Crumpled

Pretty but hasn't stood the test of time

I bought this for soap making. I wanted something that would be cute for children. And the first form stood! It turned out perfect and oddly enough it was easy to remove. You just have to be patient and slowly peel off the mold until you reach the head. But the second time I used it, the mold broke when I took it out. So since then every form has had a defect on one of the legs where the form had cracked. You won't notice it unless you look for it, but I know it's there and it's driving me…

Pros
  • Molds
Cons
  • Long delivery time
