I bought these with my first child and gave them to my grandmothers. Everyone loved her! I bought one too because they are so cute. When my sister got pregnant this fall, I bought her one too! This is a great way to save memory. I recommend scanning the original ultrasound and printing it out on photographic paper. This ensures the safety of the ultrasound. Original copies sometimes fade over time and you don't want to lose them.

I gave this to my sister for Mother's Day as a gift for an expectant mother. The frame is made from very durable good quality material - not sure if it's wood or plastic (I'm leaning towards wood) with "Sneak Peek" on an engraved metal cap. Everything is top notch, not crappy like some others I've seen. It makes a great gift and we both shed a few tears when she opened it. Also, I saved $10 by buying it from Revain instead of the store.
