Do they last as long as their branded counterparts? no But do you have enough to get a few projects done? Yes. Great value for money. I estimate they last about 70% longer than their big brand name counterparts, but they do a great job. Would buy again.

I can't tell you how much rework was required after using these pads. They clog very quickly, leaving braids in the wood. 3M seems very expensive in comparison, but they are worth it as you only need a few pads and don't have to touch up the pigtails. Avoid !

These grinding wheels are not very good. I sand pine siding boards and a 240 wheel was enough for two 1x4x12 wheels before it got too smooth. I will not buy again and I will be surprised if I use the rest of the box instead of buying something from my local big box. Don't repeat my mistake: buy branded items.

We returned an item (and received a full refund with no issues) when the pads didn't fit the grinder properly. They became detached during use and slid off the grinder. We tried several discs and most did the same thing. Out of the 5 we tried, one stayed long enough, but we paid to use 100% of the product, not 20%.

Fit my Dewalt grinder perfectly and held up. I used 40 grit sandpaper on a small project to remove leftover wall texture from a stair renovation I recently completed. I had 14 steps, mostly risers that had no staples or nails. I was quite disappointed that it took two spacers to get the job done. The dry texture isn't very firm, but it still took two pads. I am attaching a photo of the pads and the work. The pads are cheap, which is small consolation, but I expected them to last longer.

I was sanding a 2' x 3' cutting board project (actually I think it's more of a small countertop) and I was running out of my regular discs. Since I couldn't get them fast enough, I was able to get this product with a 1 day shipping day. I will definitely buy them again! Graininess is precise and feels the same as the rest of my discs. They held up well on my random orbit sander and bounced off from time to time, but that was after using the pad which had probably reached the end of its life…

I used to mention branded grinding wheels that cost almost twice as much. These discs adhere well to the pad and leave no trace of material when removed. The sand works well, not as efficient as the brands and they seem to fill up a bit quicker but ok for the price. Now it's also nice to have lots of backups instead of running out of them all the time.

Most discs will not stick to the grinder for more than a few minutes. In fact, some of them are thrown out of the grinder within seconds of turning them on. I thought it was a pad for my Bosch grinder so I bought a new one. Same problem. I then tried it with a higher quality disc and viola! No more trouble. These discs are great if you intend to use them for block sanding, but purchase better quality discs for use with a random orbital sander.
