Using MiQ - great tool in order gather user insights!

We are using miq for our customer engagement platform which allows us to connect directly with clients via chatbot. The results of the survey have been amazing and we can use this data to better understand who our ideal client is. The integrations options from other platforms like Salesforce were not available at first but since then they seem to be working quite well now. I would love if you could add more surveys (more than 5) per day limit so that it does not become impossible to reach every

It is extremely easy for our team to create surveys and distribute those among our users. The survey creation process takes very little time at all. Even though we are not able to export results into an Excel sheet, our clients can get reports through emails which helps us track user behaviour easily even when they have left the website. I dislike nothing about this product so far! What I like most about miq's products is its simplicity. Creating surveys has never been easier than it is now…

Extremely helpful analytics platform with zero hassle set up

I've been tasked at helping our Account team understand how people interact within the site they manage (both internal & external). This tool has enabled us have some very accurate figures of what content gets viewed most often by users - this information is invaluable when trying to improve user experience! There's nothing really bad about it so far for me personally but you'll need time/expertise working out which features suit your situation best before deciding whether there are any issues…
