Great tool if setting clear business-focused Objectives

I like that OKR Board allows you to set up your own custom objectives, but also gives you some preset templates for the most common types of goals. It's very intuitive and easy to use once you get the hang of it. You can also add notes to each objective which makes them more useful than just having the objective text alone. The only thing I wish was different would be the ability to have multiple people assigned to an objective. I'd love to see an option for this so more people could be…

Very comprehensive reporting of various aspects

I like that we can break down our metrics into different areas (eCommerce, Sales Operations etc.) to ensure all are being met but also track progress towards those KPIs over time so you know if there's room for improvement or not! We've used this product at another organization previously where it was called "Growth Metrics" which had some overlap with what other products offered - however these two have been more tailored specifically toward sales/operations growth tracking than anything else.

Great way of tracking employee performance

I like that it allows us to break down our team's individual responsibilities into well-defined "OKs" which are easily measurable, but also have enough room for personal expression/wiggle space while still providing accountability if needed (which we never need!). There were some difficulties with getting everyone onboard initially; however once people realized its benefits there was no going back! It has made my work more organized than before - from creating new weekly reports all at one…

  • The structure itself is easy &/or helpful in making sure you're always moving forward as far your goals go.
  • You can actually track things properly now when they should've been tracked earlier because tracking everything separately used too much effort upfront vs using this tool since then..(it makes life easier)
  • Having clear objectives helps keep yourself focused during meetings so less distractions occur due
