Duck tape needs more duck.

I don't know if I have a bad role or something. I was just too lazy and didn't want to go to the store so I ordered from here. And I was disappointed in the lack of glue on the duck tape. It wasn't "strong" or "sticky" at all, I was very disappointed. I think I could get the best bun at the dollar store.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Expensive

Easy to Make Scissorhands

Duck ribbon up for grabs if you ever need to make your own scissorhands! I simply wrapped duck tape around the cardboard I formed around the fingertips on a pair of black gloves. The silver color made them look metallic and adhesion to cardboard and leather gloves was fantastic! I put them on and off all night and the gloves and fingers are still completely intact!

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Damaged

does not stick! Duct tape

Bought this because I'm moving and wanted it to seal my boxes. The next day, after sealing a few things, I found that almost all of my boxes were fully opened? The tape doesn't stick to the box at all. I even tried rubbing it really hard, which worked for about an hour, and then it just came off again. I'm very confused by all these good grades because it's literal. not sticky. doesn't tear clean either. I had to buy a new cassette. don't buy that

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not sure

Nothing like before!

I liked such a large reel but as soon as I picked it up it was clear I wouldn't be replacing it! It's quite thin (which isn't necessarily a bad thing), but it also seriously lacks "stickiness"! Band has a job, and if it doesn't work (seriously), what's the point. I definitely wouldn't recommend it unless you need it for something as simple as masking before painting, but then you'll probably get masking tape because that's what it's designed for.

Pros
  • Recommended for temporary household repairs including running, sewing, sealing and binding
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Good for when you're being held hostage

This is the perfect tape for when you've been held hostage, tied up and desperate to escape with it product there is no traction. I just needed some decent duct tape to keep the boxes closed so I could take them to the curb on garbage day. After a minute or so the tape will peel off the boxes and even off itself. Pretty sure plain old glue will hold up better than this stuff. Maybe I just have a bad role? Or maybe this product really stinks. I bet the second. Avoid unless you're looking for a…

This is tape suitable for tape

I bought this tape specifically for sealing industrial ice packs - the kind you get in the mail with refrigerated medication - which expire. I didn't want to keep asking the community for new ones when I didn't have to. I sealed the spots on two packages and sealed the whole package with electrical tape (I didn't find a hole). I use ice for migraines, so I basically freeze them completely, then wrap them in a towel and rest my head on them until they thaw, then put them back in the freezer…
