As most here have said. the product did not work at all. Neither DVD nor VHS were recognized. waste of money. It's too late to attempt a return or get help from the seller.

Worked for about 30 days. Then the VHS cassette is ejected again and again. Tried to restore via YouTube but the details were too old and probably unavailable. The disc player still works but we bought it to use with a VHS cassette.

This player should be of older technology. I was trying to play a DVD recorded from a digital camcorder and it skipped, skipped, stopped and generally had problems. To test the DVD I played it on a Sony DVD player and it worked like clockwork. I think the old adage works here - you get what you pay for.
