Be sure to order one size larger than you usually wear: For example I wear XL in adidas jogging pants but ordered 2xl in this one. I also have a waist 38. I read the description so I knew what to order, so the fit was slim, very similar to adidas pants but as expected. After about a month at my work (dog daycare) I found that they weren't the strongest, the material sagged easily and the zippers are pretty cheaply made. So my rating drops to 4 stars.

I am 5'10", weigh 165 pounds and have a 34" waist. I'm medium size and it fits me. Keep in mind that these are no ordinary cotton jogging pants designed for walking around the house. They are less soft and more like real pants. (70% cotton, 25% polyester, 5% elastane). They are thinner and fit better than your sweatpants that make you laze around at home all day. They also have zippered side pockets which are a little sore when you have your hands on. next to you and they touch the lightning…

The pants arrived on time and feel great. I'm between sizes so bought larger rather than smaller and it was the right choice as they are slimmer than baggy. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 is that one of the pockets wasn't sewn on completely so something could fall through, easily repaired at home to be sewn. I also like that the cuffs aren't tight at the bottom.

Love the light weight and zipped pockets. The fit was good too. I was in awe of them until the second time I wore them (not washed yet) the pant leg was split. This is a perfectly straight line and is clearly a sewing quality issue.
