Easy to find at Revain

The ceiling fan in our house uses this bulb as a light. We didn't know that because we hadn't changed that lightbulb since we moved into this house 11 years ago. So I was surprised to see what kind of bulb is needed. Target didn't have it so I checked out Revain and Viola, they had it and got it very quickly. I hope we don't have to change it for another 10-12 years!

Lights up as it should

I wanted this size in the LED but couldn't find it. That diameter seems an odd size. These Circline lights were questionable, some long-lived and some very short-lived. I don't want to do a deballast operation on it so next time it comes out I can replace the entire unit with an LED unit and not have to worry about the ballast. Lights up like it should.

bought a ceiling fan for hampton bay

a classic example of what can be ordered online - too easy to do; much easier than trying to get it locally. I ordered it a few years ago and now it's time to make a note: if something arrives safe and sound, well packaged, installed without problems, and works for several years of daily use and will still work if the house is sold, then it deserves 5 stars and I give 5 stars. Advice - order by article.

  • very impressive

Fits as a replacement for Rhine FHD40EL

Based on another review I decided to order this to replace a Hampton Bay ceiling fan with an original Rhine FHD40EL bulb. The original lamp has a smaller inner ring slightly higher than the large ring. The T6 double round bulb has both ring bulbs at the same height, but they fit very well. My daughter is so happy to have bright light in her room again! I hope this pear lasts a long time.

So thankful I found it.

The ceiling fan in our dog room is old, at least 15 years old, and I was afraid we would have bad luck trying to find a replacement bulb. Technology is changing so fast that companies are stopping making old parts. Well this round lightbulb has the same model number and works great. As CFLs fade over time, I've forgotten how bright they were, and that's coming from a 13-foot ceiling fan in a 20-foot ceiling. Now that I know it works I'm going to buy two more and a new ballast. to cover me for…

Not exactly like the picture but seems to work

The inner lamp seems to stand out slightly over the outer which is what I was looking for. But the bulb I received has both bulbs in the same parallel plane. Luckily it just barely fit in my compartment. The package came and was previously opened, with a torn inner packaging and plastic. It was still packaged relatively securely and worked, but it looks like I'll need a new ballast as well, so I can't comment on how well it continues to work. either repackaged or at least previously opened.

Pros
  • Lifespan: 9.1 years
Cons
  • Some minor issues

FIND THE BEST BRAND!

I bought five of these lamps because of the price and recommendations. The items arrived in January 2020 and I put them each in the hallways where I rarely use them and when I do they turn on for at least two to five minutes. A year later (January 2021) the three bulbs started to stay on longer than usual and then when they lit up in April they flickered like crazy (looked like strobe lights) so I tried not to use them unless I absolutely had to do it now the other inclusion doesn't light up at

Pros
  • Appearance: 3500K (bright white)
Cons
  • Very expensive

IT IS SO GREAT TO KNOW THAT THIS TYPE OF LAMP IS STILL AVAILABLE

This review is for the TCP CFL ring light, a soft white T9 ring light at 2700K (equivalent to 120W). I had to order a second bulb as the first came in pieces. Arrived in a thin cardboard box, wrapped in bubble wrap. The second bulb arrived safe and sound (still in bubble wrap) after the first had been returned to Amazon. I was very happy to find this replacement for the round bulb. It is installed in a Japanese clip on table lamp that I brought to the US in 1982. This is only the second time…
