Buy the one that has a bottle attached that is used for do-it-yourself liquid film/anti-rust spray. Finding the right size bottle/neck will be very difficult. The hose nozzle didn't work with a film of liquid at 125psi, but a regular metal spray tip did. (Very disappointing as this was the main reason I bought this gun - to apply liquid to the INSIDE of my truck frame) NO SPRAY ADJUSTMENT. He simply blows up a thick layer

Pros
  • Finely crafted, lightweight, well balanced gun with adjustable nozzle so it can be used to apply coatings of varying viscosities and textures. This gun is excellent for applying Herculiner and all other 1K and 2K truck body paints.

Stick Doesn't Work With Liquid Film

I bought this on purpose as it had an extension so I could access the wheel arches on the back of the truck. If anything, this is the worst place for trucks. I can't get Fluid Film to go through no matter what pressure is set. The material actually exits through a vent at the top of the gun. This is the reverse air supply to the vessel. I'm trying to find a solution to this problem because I need to get into this area. I would be curious to hear if thicker primers work with this filler.

Cons
  • Only available in black

good product, no: painting tools and equipment

I received this sprayer but it didn't have a can. I did NOT expect anyone to come along. The product image clearly shows that the canister is not included. The problem arises when I called this company and wanted to order the canister separately. The person who answered the phone said they didn't have a suitable canister. I have to go to the local shop in the area and they didn't know if their canister would fit but luckily their canister will fit. at least sell it with canister ONLY or let us…

Pros
  • A dependable air gun that is great for applying rust preventive, rubber primer, chip protection, truck body coating and other general purpose coatings. The gun can be used with oil, solvent and water based materials.
Cons

Works very well with Fluid Film

I prime all my shit boxes, I mean my cars and trucks. It makes it easy. Me wish it had more product but it's easy to refill and it sprays really well with good control The sticks aren't very good but they work the regular is really good Worth every penny and has survived a lot of priming work including the toilets my friends. Still works like new. Built with a conscience! Worth every penny and more! Saves me thousands of dollars on salt repairs. I spray liquid foil on everything, including the…

Extension Nozzle WORKS

LIQUID FILM WORK WITH EXTENSION NOZZLE, only needs to be heated beforehand. I found a forum thread about a guy using Fluid Film after heating it in a hand held spray bottle to make it less viscous. He can, then there's no reason a 90psi pistol can't work! Since many reviews said the extension cord didn't work, I decided to try heating. There were no problems. I used a fondue cooker that looks like a small pot. Others heated a can of Fluid Film by dipping it in a pot of water on an electric…
