The fact that the program has a lot of features. I like the fact that I can go back to the previous year and see what was done in the previous year. We had several different applications before we found one which met both what we were trying to accomplish (i.e., track payroll) AND did so fairly seamlessly...so far no complaints from any end users/customers who run their businesses within those parameters - but then again ours isn’t too complex or large-scale.
