Great tulip markers!

I have not had good results with a previous purchase of a set of 2 tip Tulip markers (fine/brush) but they were on sale and I wanted to try them again. I'm glad I did. These lovely tips were on sale so I bought two sets. The sample card shows all colors from both sets. None were dry. The pair (flesh and light orange) were lighter than the hats, but to the same extent in both sets. Brand comparison: my favorite of the three

I bought three brands of fabric markers: Crayola Fabric Markers, Stained by Sharpie and TULIP 28976 Fine Writers Markers. This review is a comparison. TULIP was my favorite without a doubt. They flowed just right, not too dry and not too watery. The colors were vibrant. I will order more. They don't need to be heat set, although I found that out after ironing everything. The Sharpie markers were also the driest of the three. They were not dried; but it needed more strokes to fill the area. They

My daughter SO wanted to try them. We cut out the design with thermal transfer vinyl and I applied it to a cotton pillowcase for her to color in (I made a separate design for myself). We put a large piece of cardboard inside the pillowcase to keep the paint from seeping out the wrong side. Our pillowcase material didn't work well with these markers - we noticed quite a bit of color bleed around the edges of each colored section, making the overall design a bit messy.
