Great product great company

I bought this front door lock over 2 years ago. We liked it. We can easily add and remove people - as we have many visitors there is no need to hand out keys or leave the house unlocked. It is exposed to direct sunlight, high temperatures (100+), extreme cold and snow. . It didn't cause us any trouble. Then about a month ago it stopped working. It read fingers but wouldn't turn on, making it impossible to use the front door. I contacted the company for repairs and getting parts. After several…

Best customer service

I'm a techie and I push devices very hard. I have three of these locks. I bought locks because they are electronic locks with a mechanical fail safe mechanism in case the electronics fail. As one of the locks would be used on a barn with no other alternative entrance it was imperative that there be a fail safe mechanism. This works perfectly. I failed clutch with two locks. Great smart lock! + (SOLUTION FOR PEOPLE WITH PROBLEMS THAT DO NOT RECOGNIZE THEIR PRINT)

Really love this item! At first I just wanted to check how much a lock without a key would cost. After thinking about it, I think it would be an annoyance if the only option was to enter the code every time. Also, oddly enough, many of them require at least 8-digit codes. I quickly realized that most of the 'smart' locks around here looked very shady and weren't worth taking the only risk between my house and anyone trying to get in.
