Points break very easily!

Love the laser engraved tips. They hold up great. They are very light compared to my small screwdrivers. Great start. Then daily use begins. I broke a #2 Phillips screwdriver after about 2 days. I wasn't looking or anything, I was just trying to get the screw out and it broke. After about 2 weeks, the large straight blade broke after about 2 weeks. Again just trying to get the screw out. I don't care how much I like the comfort of the grips, the light weight of the materials, or the laser…

  • Confident
Cons
  • Update available

Wera and Wiha are famous German names in the tool world so I decided to buy the last set of screwdrivers I will ever need. These laser-engraved tips are incredibly grippy and will impress the first 10 screws you turn. BUT very soon the engraving wears out, the tip wears out and you end up with another crummy screwdriver in your kit. They can slip in the screw head and dull the blades, but they're too brittle to be used for anything. And about $10 each, I think they are overpriced for…

Very good screwdrivers

I've been looking for a good screwdriver for the home for a long time. I have a 30 year old master that I finally need to replace. Since Craftsman isn't a great tool anymore and snap-ons are too expensive, I started researching. The guy at work recommended them to me and as I had a set of Wera micro screwdrivers that I was very happy with I bought this set a few months ago. I am so impressed with the first set that I have ordered a second set for work. It will be difficult to find other…

They don't slip

I recently purchased these kits and they are excellent. I can turn the screw head before it slips off or pops out. Been using them for a while and they are holding up well. I've had a couple of Wera screwdrivers in my tool bag for about 18 years and they're still fine, so I decided to give them a try. I use these tools every day for a living so they don't just sit and look pretty. I'm not affiliated with the company, but I appreciate good tools, although I thought I'd mention them because I…

You need these drivers!

Never heard of Wera until I saw a review on Youtubez. I sooooo missed the quality - I rode some Wera! These are great drivers! I was totally hesitant to pick them up but I'm happy and very happy with them! love these features: - comfort: great for my hand! I have small hands with long fingers, these screwdrivers fit well and give me loads of torque with comfortable laser-etched tips: I thought they were useless until I tested them. Super nice! I have screwdrivers that dangle from the screw…

A world of differences in electronics

After years of using cheap screwdrivers to disassemble electronics, I recently switched to Were Kraftform and haven't looked back since. The price seemed a bit steep compared to other screwdriver sets, but when they came out their quality made me realize this is a crazy deal. Once you hold them in hand, the ergonomic design makes them feel like an extension of your body, and the shape and rubber grips on the handle allow you to really apply a lot of torque when needed. With a quick twist of the

Missing driver, not exactly as described.

Phillips #2 screwdriver was missing from the box. Wera should consider sealing the boxes once they leave the factory so it's not so easy to lift a screwdriver. Anyone in the distribution chain could have taken it before Revane sent it to me. I will have to exchange the kit and wait for a replacement as I have tried contacting Wera Support through Revain and have not received a response. I would prefer they send me the missing driver rather than agonize over packing it up and finding a place to…
