Keeps you cold but is very heavy

Fridge keeps food and drinks very cold! However, it is cumbersome to open and close with a click instead of with a handle. Very difficult to carry, even empty, the handles are uncomfortable.

Terrible customer service nightmare

For $299 you literally get the worst customer service in the world. Received a defective, leaking and misaligned radiator. They don't even swap. Returned and after 4 weeks still no refund. warning ! It's better to buy a Yeti decal over an existing one. cooler

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Insecure

Good little cooler for camping

I'm still experimenting with finding the right balance of ice and packs to keep me cold for days. It works fine 24-36 hours with no problems, but more than 36 and everything melts. That's a good amount for 2-3 days of camping supplies, snacks and drinks for two - hoping to get to the point where we can eat 3 days of this without changing the ice.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Some bugs

Definitely worth your money!

I bought this for my friend to use on the boat but before we could try it there we used it as a drinks cooler at a party. We put ice and drinks in there on a Saturday morning, it was out all day in the hot Florida sun, then all day Sunday on a sunny porch with no air conditioning, and on Monday morning the drinks were still cold and there was ice too! Worth every penny! Blue also looks great on a boat!

Pros
  • Multiple competitors
Cons
  • Security

Disappointment with cool boxes

Sorry, I was disappointed. They are so hyped that I had high expectations. Bought it, pre-chilled, half filled with ice (leaving little to no room for food or drink) and hit the road. Real use, I opened it 2 or 3 times a day for less than 10 seconds each time. During the day it was an average of 80 degrees. My ice cream lasted less than 3 days! And on the outside of the cooler, every little scratch and trace of wear is visible. Definitely not worth the price for me. I have a $7 Coleman the same

Pros
  • Noble design
Cons
  • Dubious purchase for seniors

We got our money back!

I love Yeti. I have four glasses and two coffee mugs from Yeti. My wife bought this for me. It's terrible. We went to the beach and filled our new Yeti cooler with ice and our cheap soft cooler that Costco ($24) bought before we left. Both coolers were in the air conditioning in my van. Upon arrival at the beach, the Yeti was out of ice and the other had barely melted. Thought it was a coincidence. The lid didn't close or anything. So we tested it next weekend. Place ice in three coolers, theโ€ฆ

  • hands free

"Get the Yeti, " they said!

Well, I had to do it. I had to buy a Yeti. Everyone said this is one of the best coolers. "Take the Yeti," they said. So we did and this one was bought from Warehouse Deals in 'good used condition' at a lower price so why not. We were so excited to own the Yeti that we looked forward to the arrival of the brown Santa, and when he arrived we almost threw him on the ground to pick up the Yeti. We didn't really know what to expect from it as it's very hard to pay such a high price for a coolerโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Almost everything ok
