I found out about this device from a NY Times article on a startlingly simple and inexpensive treatment for tennis elbow (which I got from another sport, jiu jitsu). You just hold this straight out at arm's length and "wring it" in one direction then the other. They’re really cool boots and did everything except after a few hours of snow, the fed started bleeding into the white and my sons feet got wet. I can’t tell for sure if the boots absorbed water thru the seams or snow just packed under the snow pants and dropped down the boot.
