I wear misses medium but wear a G cup bra. In this I wear 3XL. I wear it so it is close fitting, but not waist training—the two sides lace together completely touching in the back and I can move inside it. It gives me a much more normal shape than underwire bras and doesn’t hurt my ribs or shoulders.
