5% of total revenue derived from the platform is allocated to all DOCT token holders every quarter. The payment will be made in DOCT tokens. At the same time, authors of these certified contracts will be able to earn a royalty fee for every time their contract is used.
There is a limit but it is relatively large, you are less likely to hit it so please feel free to contribute the amount you had in mind. The pre-sale has started for pre-registered participants. From pre-registrations we are quite full but still have some room.
Pros
- Great idea for a smart contract. There's so much value here in low complexity high volume legal transactions. Crossing international borders will be a challenge but you have to start somewhere. That is our intentions! Every contract produced on the platform will be looked over by a practicing legal professional. Agreements will also be abled to be altered if both parties mutually agree. This way disputes can be efficiently resolved.
Cons
- Unfortunately, the legal advice we received prevents us for opening the offering to Chinese investors. Hong Kong is allowed though, if you are a resident there. Although the CEO does come here on occasions he is much to busy to come here on a daily basis. I hope I can a be good enough substitution. One of a kind project. We have seen this kind of projects before but with an application, this is the first i guess. I really think this is very promising project and transparent transactions are the best parts. I hope you success.
