I don't use it on my face because my face is very sensitive and needs special care, but I use it on my chest and arms. I have pimples on my upper chest from hormonal acne and nothing is helping. It's the only thing that makes my skin clearer than ever and when I get pimples it makes the pimples tiny and goes away pretty quickly. I wouldn't recommend it every day as it's very drying, but I use it sparingly in the winter and about 2x a week in the summer (when I have the most pimples). It's not perfect but I'm giving it 5 stars because NOTHING should have helped even a bit so the fact that I feel safe again in low cut shirts just saves! Now I might have a tiny pimple or two instead of a small pepperoni pizza.
