Review on 🔬 BNISE Microscope: 40X-2000X Magnification, Compound Monocular Microscope for Adults and Kids - Beginner's Kit with Prepared Slides, Dual LED Illumination, All Glass Optics, and Phone Adapter by Joseph Long

We bought a BNISE microscope as a birthday present for our 1st grade granddaughter. We had her for a week this summer, and the microscope was an integral part of the "science camp" we had that week. She had a great time playing the role of explorer. The microscope is well made, durable and easy to use for a 7 year old with some simple instructions. I love that it comes with a handy carry case so we can keep it safe and she can take it home. The microscope has an up and down light, making it useful for observing many different types of objects. The pre-packaged slides provided were a good starting point. From there we collected beetles, frog eggs, various plants and mushrooms to look at. Look at the leaf of a geranium plant, you will be amazed at how beautiful it looks under the microscope! I was also able to use the cellphone attachment to get some good shots of what we were looking at. It comes with a variety of lenses to change the magnification. Higher magnifications aren't particularly helpful, I think you need a better quality microscope to see things clearly at 2000x magnification etc. But for the typical things a child is looking at, this microscope does an excellent job. At age 7 she won't be using it much, but it should be fine for school projects, at least in high school.
