Hmmm. it is difficult to rate them. There are a few things to do here. Well, first of all, they are a bit expensive. But the way they are packaged with the right combination of needle and tube is pretty handy. The quality of the needle seems to be good. I've ordered twice this month so far, only 1 damaged. The variety is great if you're trying to get a decent inventory before bulk-buying your favorite sizes. The needle welds are of pretty good quality and I haven't had any issues with the needle bars or handles. BUT let me tell you boy I've struggled with the fact that blister packs don't have a peel off backing. I sat there for a full 20 minutes trying to figure out if I was just stupid or what I was doing wrong. I have to cut open the bag with sterile scissors and then pull the paper down. The blister pack is quite small around the needle, so there isn't much room to pull the needle out without risking the needle puncturing the plastic. Not only can this result in the needle being non-sterile, it can also result in a needle with trapped plastic or a bent needle! To avoid this, I cut open the packaging and discard the pen and needle on a sterile surface. Then I take out the needle for a quick quality check and bend it a bit before setting up the machine. The lack of chipping was a little awkward to be honest, hence 4 stars. But apart from that decent little fun box 🙃
