Review on 📸 Nissin Black Macro Ring Flash NDMF18C MF18 C by Nathan Vaughn

I use it for dentistry with a 105mm f/1 macro lens and it works great. I used to be a professional photographer, but I've always used a studio ring flash for macro photography. I chose this flash when I needed a lens mount ring flash. This flash is very bright for macro photography and is very quick and easy to use. The color screen is a great feature that allows you to adjust settings quickly and easily. The screen has a gyroscope that rotates automatically as the camera rotates for easier reading. Comes in a beautiful faux leather box with foam lining and buttons. The flash comes with adapters for multiple lens sizes. Easily attach and detach the lens by simply pressing the two buttons on either side of the flash. You can also press the button to pop out the flash sideways to increase flash spread. It's not powerful enough to properly expose at long range (>4ft or so), but it's a macro flash. I usually shoot at f22 iso400 with a shutter speed of 1/125 and at a distance of 6-12 inches from the subject. In my situation, everything needs to be in focus and correctly exposed, and these settings give me good results with my lens.
