I find this much more practical and convenient than trying to attach the camera and lens with a lanyard. It's really easy to use and very well made. I've looked at a few other products like this one but they seemed to have flaws like thumbscrews that wouldn't stay tight. This snaps onto your belt. As long as your belt is securely fastened, there's very little chance of it coming loose in my opinion. It's very well made and there's a funnel system that guides your camera into the locking mechanism. Once there, it clicks into place audibly. I've seen some reviewers complain about the price, but in terms of comfort, convenience and finish I think it's a very fair deal. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to wear a camera around their neck.
