I use them regularly on my face, neck and shoulders. I found the instructions say to clean with alcohol after use. It makes sense, but I didn't get it the first time. Some ice crystals appeared for the first time. After that I used a squirt of medicinal alcohol and no problems. I use it on my face and neck to help with lymphatic drainage and relieve puffy eyes and easily irritated sinuses. I feel better after a few minutes of use. I wanted it to help my neck with a headache. It's beautiful and when used in combination with other tools/facilities it reduces my headaches.
