I like that they are dry. Other wet brands always dry out because the packaging doesn't stay tight. You wet them, cleanse them, rinse them off and go over your face and neck to rinse them off. They are large enough to cover the face and neck. You really feel so clean when you're done. I just cut open the package and put it in the first aid kit. It's easy and you can save money by only buying refills. I use them morning and night and it sort of helped get rid of bumps.
