Down with the old. for spares

My bearing stopped clicking so I bought it as a replacement. So far, so good. Screws and clicks reliably, just like the original. Hopefully it will pass the gas cap test when I finish my car's emissions.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Reliability

Highly recommend this product

Highly recommend this product. Easy installation and a yellow cap will remind anyone who drives your car (1) it's a GAS, not a diesel, and (2) if they have an E85 they can use it (it's cheaper for some reason).

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Dear Sir or Madam

Easy to replace: Caps

2015 Chevy check engine light was constantly on due to a blown gas cap gasket, also known as code p0451. This solved the problems completely and cost-effectively. If you see this code, it may fix the problem without a costly trip to the mechanic.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Available in white only

Not the solution I needed, but it was nice to get

I bought this because I was getting an annoying "Tighten the gas cap" error on my 2014 Sierra's dashboard. I thought I'd start with that and if it wasn't for the header there would only be 3 options after that. 1 - solenoid under the hood, 2 - solenoid near the tank, 3 - broken wire somewhere. Unfortunately it wasn't a hat, but my old hat looked gaunt anyway. But that led me to the next cheap step - the intake solenoid. It fixed the Dash bug and only cost another $20.

Pros
  • anyway. Understood!
Cons
  • Useless features

The install was great for our 2015 GMC Yukon!

Great! When trying to find the exact fitting gas cap for our 2015 GMC Yukon SLT, we got mixed results. We wanted the yellow FlexFuel cap that was already on the truck, but we couldn't confirm with GM which one. It was right! This cover only has a "soft" click, so it's barely audible when there's street noise at the gas station. Thought we had a bad hat because we didn't hear or feel any clicks until we changed it at home when this one arrived. Revain price was great!

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Everything is great
