Actually the only problem would be the lack of instructions on how to properly attach the trunk. It took us a few minutes to get the straps lined up properly. Otherwise it's good value and holds up well.

This was designed for overland travel and has performed well in heavy rain and midwest winds. I installed it myself and bought a separate roof mat, extra straps and an alarm system for my hotel stay. If only it were completely packed!

Was cool! We drove from MD to SC and had no problems. Funny thing is, we put 6 gym bags in and I still had room for more! I attached it to my Pathfinder very easily and felt relieved because we had extra trunk space for other stuff. I would definitely buy this again!

Perfect for my Rav4. It contained what I expected, namely a pair of suitcases with plenty of space. The vinyl is worn but I've done 900 miles. The straps also snapped and damaged my roof so I recommend making sure they are secure. In the end he did what I needed and I didn't spend a fortune. I also liked the cover.

It's definitely waterproof, it was raining quite heavily at 60/65 mph on the Autobahn. There was about 50 pounds in total in the backpack but it was 2 suitcases, 2 bags. And when we mounted it on the roof rack I only had the side rails not the cross rails so I had to overtighten the strap that was supposed to attach to the rear rail and it broke a bit along the outer seams 😱. Luckily there are 7 more intact belts. And double/triple stitching. Did the job!

I am very glad I bought this truck. I was a bit hesitant due to the lack of reviews but in the end it was a great purchase. The material is really strong and held up well when we had rain on the second day of the trip. We were able to fit a huge wardrobe in the stretcher, as well as a couple of small bags. I think this was the cheapest roof bag I saw shopping so my expectations were low. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a good solid bag that held a lot of gear and got the job done well. It fits perfectly on the Toyota RAV4 roof rack and attaches securely with the 8 straps provided. We drove through two heavy downpours during our 500 mile ride and everything was completely dry.
