Perfect fit and easy install. I got it done in under 10 minutes. If you need a dry filter that doesn't need to be lubricated with oil after cleaning, then this is the kit for you. If you require an oil filter, you must order part #400-799.

Replaced the valance cold air intake on my 2013 F-150 with a 5 liter intake. This product is much easier to install and does not require the removal of the factory coolant overflow. Volant was leaked and the replacement they sent was also leaked. I believe this is the only CAI that requires replacement of the overflow tank, which I would not recommend. Overall, I highly recommend this product for the F-150 5.0 liter. It's also much quieter than the valance.

Good kit! Fit and finish were excellent. Although I had a snag during installation. When installing the adapter one of the rubber bushings broke but I contacted Airaid and they sent me a new one quickly and free of charge. Performance increased slightly but my mpg stayed the same. Sounds a little more aggressive than Stock. Because a stock MAF and airbox housing is used, no new setup is required to make it work.
